Terms and conditions for Harley Elite Group

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your consultation, treatment and/or procedure with Harley Elite Group.

1. Non-surgical appointments

1.1 Booking and deposit

We require every client or patient to make a £150 holding deposit to secure an appointment for any surgical or non-surgical treatment or consultation.

This deposit is redeemable against treatment or products in our clinics. Please note that no cash or card refund is issued after completion of treatments or consultations in our clinics.

We may accept post-treatment correction or top-up appointments depending on the treatment. Where this applies, the client pays the cost of the product used at 30% of the initial treatment charge.

Non-surgical procedures booked as model appointments do not follow the terms above. Full payment is expected at least 48 hours before the training begins.

1.2 Cancellation fees

The holding deposit or consultation fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment time.

If you fail to arrive, arrive late, cancel the appointment or reschedule the appointment without providing 48 hours' notice, the procedure deposit or consultation fee for treatment at our clinic is non-refundable.

If you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule the consultation. Please note that refunds will not be issued after a consultation has taken place.

Patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one treatment from the course.

If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, your default fee may be refunded.

Late arrival may result in reduced consultation and/or treatment time.

Harley Elite Group will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time. However, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment.

1.3 Payments

All treatments booked must be paid in full on arrival at the clinic, prior to the treatment starting time.

Clients or patients who have purchased a course of treatment may exchange treatments where a reasonable explanation is provided and where agreed by the clinic.

Treatment purchased with a discount will be calculated at the full list price per course and per treatment.

1.4 Treatment sessions

All treatment purchased as a session must be paid in full in advance, before the start of the first treatment.

Treatment sessions must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase.

It may be possible to exchange sessions at the discretion of the practitioner.

2. Surgical appointments

2.1 Booking and deposit

Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.

A missed appointment without prior notice may be charged in full.

Our clinic reserves the right to postpone your treatment. We will make every effort to contact you in advance if this is necessary.

Please note that clients may reschedule existing appointments a maximum of three times.

During revision surgery, the patient is required to cover hospital expenses only, unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Payments

Full payment for treatment is required at least 14 days before surgery.

2.3 Surgical deposits

A deposit is required upon booking a surgical procedure.

The deposit for a surgical procedure is non-refundable.

If the client is claiming a refund due to a serious reason, such as illness or injury, this must be supported by documentation from a GP or confirmation of diagnosis from a specialist.

The option to request a refund on this basis is valid for one year after the deposit is paid. Once this period has passed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any refund.

2.4 Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling terms

If you are unable to attend your scheduled surgery, the full deposit is non-refundable.

A new deposit will be required to reschedule the procedure.

In the event of a no-show, the full fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made by phone followed by email, or directly by email.

Cancellation terms

If a surgical procedure is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled surgery date, only 50% of the full payment is refundable where the full amount has been paid. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice.

A new deposit will be required for the next scheduled surgery date.

Failure to attend your scheduled surgery will result in the loss of the deposit, as the surgical room is reserved exclusively for your procedure.

2.5 Child policy

Due to Care Quality Commission regulations, we cannot treat people under 18 years of age.

Please be aware that we may have to turn you away if you bring someone under the age of 16 and you are not the legal guardian of that person, despite your booked appointment.

In this event, we will have to cancel the appointment and the above cancellation fees will apply.

3. Complaints and refunds

3.1 Complaints procedure

Complaints are taken very seriously at Harley Elite Group.

If a patient has a complaint, they should speak to one of our Patient Care Specialists at the earliest opportunity, who will endeavour to resolve any issues.

If the patient feels that the issue has not been resolved to their complete satisfaction, a formal complaint can be lodged and submitted.

Formal complaints should be sent by email to info@iwebsitez.biz.

Patients will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt of a complaint within 3 working days.

All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and patients will be informed of the outcome within 20 working days of the written acknowledgement.

3.2 Refunds

Refunds require 30 days to process the complaint and issue a refund.

4. Legal disclaimer

Results may differ between patients, over which the treating practitioner has no control.

No result can be 100% guaranteed. All attempts are made to provide realistic expectations.

After a product is injected into the body or face, it is non-refundable.

I fully understand that it is possible for results to differ between patients and that results might not live up to my expectations or goals. I am fully prepared for this outcome.

Results are dependent on the individual's own metabolism and activity.

All patients and models are required to pay for their procedures.
